Very disappointed with the delivery. The parcel was left out on the footpath. Lucky we were up at dawn and noticed the parcel sitting on the footpath. People walking around outside could have easily picked up. I am assuming this parcel was delivered after hours. As we lock our gate up after dark.!!!!
This filter is disappointing. The previous replacements I have ordered with Alkaway have been excellent, with the water quality high. With this replacement there is very little difference to the quality of the water to the old one I replaced.
I really wanted to like this bottle because I love what Alkaway does and want to support them, but….. the bottle itself is REALLY hard to drink out of, it takes lots of effort to get a good drink from it – you have to squeeze the bottle really hard to get anything out. It also is quite large so won’t fit in my car cup holder – which is a standard size. Its also quite noisy so I can’t use it to drink from at night without waking my partner. Sorry to sound like I’m complaining, I never leave bad reviews, but thought this should be info made available to consumers.
What I like: Exceptionally fast shipping, it arrived in less then 48 hours! The bottle is easy to carry with the clip and lightweight. I like that it is filtering my tank water as well.

I’m extremely happy with the functional capabilities of this product – its second to none. What I’m disappointed about is the price… one would expect with economies of scale that the price of goods should come down? Yours has done the opposite! I have been an Alkaway customer for 10 years and spent thousands of dollars with you, so the perception of excessive price inflation doesn’t sit well with me.

Flushed for 10 minutes as per instructions. Terrible tasting water,undrinkable . Flushed for another 10 minutes, much improved.

The use by date was Aug 2020 and it’s to short a use by date before they run out of useable time . Not a good supply date
I love O2 gave me a headache and doesn’t do anything much. And overpriced.

Delivery took too long!! 14 days
