Filter replacement:
You should replace the filter when the lowest-capacity contaminant (usually fluoride or PFAS) reaches its limit.
For most households using 6–10 L/day, expect to replace the filter every 6–8 months.
If you’re targeting fluoride or PFAS specifically, and using 8 L/day, the filter may last only 6–7 months.
If you’re only concerned about chloramine or lead, you can wait much longer.
