I take my hydrogen water bottle to the gym now. The 5-minute cycle is really quick, and it’s amazing to have water full of hydrogen through my workouts, I love it!
I just bought the new Primal Water bottle and love it. Great size (1L). But the best thing is it’s double-walled, so it keeps my water at a constant temperature for more than 12 hours. My only criticism is, it would be even better if it had a handle.
The design is sleek and compact, so I can take it with me everywhere gym, office, car. I love knowing I’m getting hydrogen water without lugging around my water filter.
