I first need to explain why I purchased my first hydrogen inhaler in 2017.
Fifty years as a refrigeration engineer I caught legenella desease twice from the cooling towers witch severely damaged my lungs plus bad sinuses witch continuously infected my lungs, so continued antibiotics every year. Not good!!.
My blood oxygen read below 90(normal 96-98)witch i am now, sinus problem gone,tinusitus (ringing in the ears)gone, my lungs 98%. Sky high blood pressure now normal, gut problems (diverticulitis) gone. All my medicines gone, haven’t felt better in years, I’m now 87Yrs old. Nearly Forgot prostate cancer gone too.
My old inhaler 600mil/min was dieing. September 2025 purchased a top off line Alkaway inhaler 1500mil/min, fantastic machine so easy to operate, what I really enjoy is hydrogen water I drink 2lts a day witch really settled my gut problems.
My old machine needed at least 4hours a day, my new machine an hour or so to do the same thing, while I watch tv.
Personally my skin is becoming smoother but most importantly the health benefits from repetitive inhalation is immeasurable.
I have never felt better.
I have been using these sachets for many years now and will continue as I know it helps with my health and hydration.
Recommend to anyone but be aware, I was advised NOT TO TAKE WITH MEDICATION (Use normal non Alkalised water for medication) may be up to a hour before and after.
Hope someone else with good knowledge of this can enlighten me and others about this. Thank you and get onto it for your better health. MAKE IT HAPPEN and note the taste of the smooth silky water vs Tap or bottled water. Cheers. From KJ.
I love my OKO water bottle! I have travelled the world with it, drinking tap water in Mexico, India, Thailand, UK, US and Portugal to name a few. It’s great to drink from and also handy that you can squeeze the water into a cup to use for tea or a shake.
I wouldn’t be without one on my travels and highly recommend them!

Had the bottle for a month now, my body feels less inflamed and more hydrated. The size of the bottle is perfect for putting in a bag when going out.
