Most good quality hydrogen inhalers will saturate the body quickly. Inhalation of hydrogen reaches a peak plasma level (i.e. equilibrium based on Henry’s Law) in about 30 minutes, and upon cessation of inhalation, the return to baseline occurs in about 60 minutes(5).
Suggested dosage is at least 2-4% by volume at normal resting and breathing rate (5-6 L/min). This translates to a flow rate of between 120-240 ml/min.

Drinking hydrogen water with high amounts of dissolved hydrogen and inhaling hydrogen at the same time will mean you will get both the intermittent exposure and possible benefits of the hydrogen in the water and also from the Hydrogen gas(6)(7)(8)(9).
Molecular hydrogen is highly available in a gaseous form, so it can be easily absorbed through the lungs. We would recommend starting with hydrogen gas.
Use the single inlet cannula connected to the hydrogen outlet. Start breathing Hydrogen for about 1/2 hour per day in the beginning. Then after a few days, you can increase to 1/2 hour in the morning and 1/2 hour in the evening. In a week or two, change to an hour in the morning and an hour in the evening. This break between session allows time for your body to return to its normal baseline levels.
Introducing oxygen has the potential to aid in exercise recovery. Use the dual cannula to get both hydrogen and oxygen at the same time, typically 1/2 hour should be enough.

Our hydrogen inhaler incorporates the world’s most advanced hydrogen technology. The hydrogen inhaler uses solid polymer electrolyte (SPE) and polymer electrolyte membrane (PEM) technology within the cell with titanium electrodes (Membrane Electrode Assembly (MEA)). And the electrolyte is distilled water (Total Dissolved Solids (TDS <3ppm)).
When the machine is switched on, the machine uses electrolysis to separate water into hydrogen and oxygen. The pure hydrogen and oxygen gas filters through a gas/water separator to remove most of the water vapour from the gases. The hydrogen and oxygen will go through the dryer tubes in order to get higher purity levels of gas.
In addition, the hydrogen inhaler unit has a highly sensitive automatically tracking and control system. This system stabilizes the flow and pressure on both sides of the electrodes. The stabilizing pressure is below 0.001 MPA. This ensures Gas production maintains a high level of purified gases under safe operating conditions.
