The Psychology of Eating

This morning Kerrie Cox came to visit.

She has just completed her ‘Psychology of Eating‘ Certificate program, and her ideas on diets really ‘click’ with what we feel about diets as well.

It’s our long-term observation – often angrily denied – that underneath the symptoms of many, many health conditions there lies a decision we had made, sometimes even as a baby. She’s a busy lady, consulting with people with eating ‘disorders’ and with partner Jeff, running her own retreat centre based on raw foods and educating people to make better choices.

By the way, Kerrie offers a FREE (yes, free!) 30-minute consultation to discuss your health goals. She’s gentle but strong and I heartily endorse her.
