In the alkaline water scene we have some people who are like walking water tanks.

They seem to think that if a little is good, more is better. Or perhaps they assume that if you pee, you should drink to replace it. We’ve researched the water consumption idea for years and frankly, there IS no hard and fast rule. More than what you drank as a CocaCola and  coffee addict is a good idea, but some cliams of 12 glasses a day.. well. I’d like to learn just how long they spend pee-ing a day!
My take on the issue: drink until you feel hydrated. Sounds simple.. and it is!
