Oxygen saturated

Energy levels up
My diet before was good, but too much protein and way too much sugar. Since giving up as much as possible I have noticed now that if I eat something with sugar in it I find that is too sweet, whereas before I had no trouble eating sugary foods. I am now drinking alkaline water and taking green powder and have noticed a big difference in my energy levels. I also used to have trouble getting out of bed in the morning, but now I wake up feeling alert and ready to go. Beverley van Raven, WA

Look and feel younger
Now I feel and look great! Splashing the acidic water on my face after showering has made a huge difference to my skin - actually I have been told twice recently that I look ten years younger! Another thing I have noticed is that only alkaline water is able to satisfy my thirst.

Energy
I have just come back from being in Sydney for the weekend for a wedding, without my water! It’s funny, because I definitely felt the difference. This morning, I had no energy to exercise or do anything for the first half of the day. It took me until the afternoon, after drinking 2 litres of alkalised water before I started feeling normal again. Amazing!
