The Biostone Filtration System.
You want two things from an ionizer: clean and healthy water. Proper filtration is crucial to achieving both. All ionizers employ a filter to clean the water; not all filters are created equal. Most filters available in ionizers today are three to five stages and employ only granulated activated charcoal (GAC) and some form of calcium.
Emco Tech's revolutionary Biostone Filtration System is the finest all around filter system found in any ionizer today. The system employs 9 stages of filtering media to clean your water and prepare it to make the most of ionization process. The Biostone employs Silver impregnated GAC, calcium, tourmaline (in the form of Bio Ceramic beads that slightly alter the electrical properties - even before ionization) and a fiber mesh system. These nine stages add up to an unmatched system giving you clean and healthy water.

- Biostone KDF Filter - Used by all 4 water ionizers. Works in Delphi, Alphion, Melody and Venus (and all previous models except Masterpiece).
- Ultra Biostone Filter - The finest water filter available for water ionizers. Works in Delphi, Alphion, Melody and Venus (and all previous models except Masterpiece). Recommended for untreated (non-chlorinated) water sources, usually with a prefilter to remove sediment, as the Ultra is so efficient it may block up too early without a sediment prefilter.
- Water Guard - Fully assembled, 3-Stage Filtration and Sterilisation System, in an attractive Weatherproof Aluminium Case with clear Plastic window for simple Outdoor or Indoor Installation for the whole house.
- Sprite Chlorine Reducing Shower Filter - The high Output Sprite Shower Filter removes chlorine for over one year or 56,000 litres
- Fluoride Prefilter Cartridge for all filters.
- KDF Prefilter cartridge - for removing heavy metals from water prior to it entering the Water Alkalizer: recommended for certain Australian water supplies.
- WellBeing Alkalizing and energising cartridge -add-n for Reverse Osmosis systems.
