Order Dispatch time
Our ordinary order processing time takes 24 hours (excluding weekends)
Australian Orders
Shipping usually takes 2-5 working days depending on your location. WA, NT and SA can take 7-10 business days. Some more remote areas can take up to 2 weeks.
Standard domestic shipping is our main form of cost-effective delivery to anywhere in Australia.
Any other freight requests need to be made by going to Contact Us
PO Box address can only be sent via Australia Post.
Depending on the size of the item we use Australia Post, Toll, and Fast Way Australia in order to reach you in a timely manner. Couriers and Australia Post will leave a card if the receiver is not at home when they call.
We ship most orders from our own warehouse in Byron Bay.
Shipping Costs
All online orders are calculated by “weight and destination postcode/country” via the online shopping cart calculator. The shipping cost does not include insurance.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders over $300 (Australia only, excludes some areas)
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
In most cases, yes. If your order weighs less than 20kg we should be able to send your order through the Australian Postal Service. This shipping method does not include tracking and we are not responsible for delays or miss-shipments when a P.O. Box address is used.
What happens if the item I ordered is not available immediately?
If you order an item that is not in stock we will notify you that the goods are not in stock and when to expect delivery.
International Orders
Shipping usually takes 1-4 weeks depending on location.
We use Australia Post International and TNT Couriers for international shipments.
Important: Online orders do not include shipping insurance. If an uninsured order is damaged in transit, not delivered or delivered according to tracking details, AlkaWay maintains the right not to compensate the customer for that order nor shipping cost.
