Shipping usually takes 2-5 working days depending on your location. (Some more remote areas can take up to 2 weeks)

We deliver to your door.
Standard ground shipping is our main form of cost effective delivery to anywhere in Australia. Any other freight requests need to be made by calling us on 1300 255 292.
PO Box address can ony be sent via Australia Post.
Depending on the size of the item we use Australia Post, Toll, and Fast Way Australia in order to reach you in a timely manner. A signature is required by all the carriers except some Australia Post (small items), upon delivery of goods. Couriers and Australia Post will leave a card if the receiver is not at home when they call. AM & PM Delivery times and for assistance with large items such as Water Guard will be notified to you by the Freight Carrier.
We ship most orders from our own warehouse in Byron Bay.
Shipping Cost
We are currently offering $10 (inc GST) flat shipping price on all internet orders (Australia orders only).
All parcels are calculated by "weight and destination post code" via the online shopping cart calculator.

Do you ship to international addresses?
Yes we do outside Australia at this time.
All transactions are carried out in Australian Dollars (AUD) ( GST is added to Austalian Orders Only)
Use Australia Post (Air) for all international shipping.
What happens if the item I order is not available immediately?
If you order an item that is not in stock we will notify you that the goods are not in stock and when to expect delivery.
